will came down with a stomach bug right before we were supposed to leave for gram and gramps' house...so just emma kate and i ended up going...the guest of honor couldn't miss her own party;) right after we arrived, the power went out...so gram and i did party prep by candlelight for the next 4 hours...good times!

whew...she was such a party girl and she was starving afterwards. being a social butterfly is hard work!05.01.10 - gram hosted a sip & see in my hometown for emma kate. we'd intended to do it earlier, but there was just always a conflict. emma kate was an absolute doll and used her best party manners...and we had such a fun time visiting with old friends. we are so blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives! thank you so much for all of your hard work, gram and gramps...we love you!

It looks like the party was beautiful. Your Mom is such a great hostess. I can see where you get your talents of creativity. Looks as if Emma Kate had a blast!
Hate that we missed the sip n see! It looks like it was a great little party...hope to see you soon! We are going to be in NWA over 4th of July and would love to see you guys if you are going to be in town...
