we had a wonderful Christmas! we went to church Christmas Eve and woke up to a white Christmas! we had Christmas morning at our house and then began our travels later that afternoon. we love being with family, but it was so nice to be at our home and start our own traditions with our precious kiddos, and we are looking forward to it for many years to come:) this is the
only pic of the four of us from the entire Christmas season (taken with the timer) and i'm so sad about it:( it's terrible and blurry, but it's all i've got:(
now this pic, on the other hand, i LOVE!!!
counting out the carrots for the reindeer. i was thinking throw a few carrots on the plate and call it done, but will wanted each and every reindeer to have a carrot...so sweet;)

the absolute BEST gift we received this year!!!
waiting on santa, i guess;) he and daddy ended up moving the hope chest so that it wouldn't be in santa's way;)

Love all the Christmas pics, Elaine! Thank you for taking time to share. I absolutely love your willingness to work so hard to make everything so pretty and so "right." It will all pay off even though I know you get completely exhausted now. You are indeed, ONE OF A KIND! Love ya, Mama Wheat
