i got a little crafty and made a table runner out of burlap...and just painted the wording on. thought our table needed a little something for our first ever thanksgiving at home!

the girls are still with us...though they were demoted to outside dogs shortly before emma kate's arrival. so sad and i feel like such a horrible doggie mom, but the time had come. not saying my house is clean, but definitely clean-er; and Lord knows it's enough of a three ring circus around here without adding them in the mix!!!

this is one of the ponds in our neighborhood...daddy & gramps were sure wishing they could've done some duck hunting!gram and gramps joined us for thanksgiving this year and we had a laid back and wonderful holiday! lots of food, fun, football and counting our blessings!
