our neighborhood had "cookies with santa" at the poolhouse on 12/12. the new activities committee is doing such a great job...they didn't forget a single detail and the kids loved it! santa was super cute and since there was no one in line behind us, he got to chat with will for awhile. he wasn't sure about sitting in santa's lap, but santa had a candy cane and that did the trick! santa asked will what he wanted and he was quick to reply "a fire pole and a blue fire truck." (aka firemen's pole!) santa got a good chuckle out of those requests. we like to refer to it as "OCC or Operation Christmas Challenge;) as you can see, emma kate was her usual laid back self...not too sure what the big deal was all about!

Love the update of the beautiful snowy homepage. Great job on makng the snowman William and Daddy. Quite a character as are you two!!! And then to put the finishing touch on the beauty of it all - a gorgeous picture of momma and Emma Kate. Wish I had been there. love, mom
