the day i discovered this, will was standing in his crib, beaming with pride at his lovely little masterpiece pictured here. back when we were shopping for will's crib, i remember seeing some that had a plastic covering on the edges. and now i know why. his bed was a great deal and we were so excited about the fact that it converts all the way up to a full size bed. and i know that boys will be boys, so i was not expecting it to remain in great condition or anything; however, i wasn't expecting teeth marks!!! at least he hasn't torn into the headboard or footboard...yet!!!

That's hilarious, at least it's on the sides. Noah chewed into his footboard and now looks lovely as a big bed. I just keep it covered with a throw. Just get some plastic quick!
There are some little covers I've seen that go over the top and velcro or tie. Pickels and Ice Cream maybe? He just wanted to make it his own- I think I just heard that on American Idol several times tonight and made me think of that. Kelly
Oh my... how i do remember those days! We used the clear plastic sleeves for the foot board on Ansleys...however i don’t recall her gnawing on the sides. Such joys as this are going to bless you for years to come. Huggs!
That is too funny! I remember Shannon showing me Noah's masterpiece. . .Jackson hasn't chewed on his crib (yet). . .I guess if Jackson gets bored, he just climbs out (well, not anymore - his mattress is all the way to the floor)! Yikes. :)
