About this time last year, I was in California for a week...while Warren worked and the girls were home alone each day. Before I took this trip, we could leave them inside while we were gone and they wouldn't bother anything...ever. Well, while I was gone, they developed some bad habits (aka, acting out!), most of which have long since been corrected, with the exception of one. Whenever they are home alone for a few hours or more, we always come home to one or both of my slippers in the office floor. They don't chew them up, they just get them out of our closet and bring them into the office. We've stopped getting on to them about it, because really, I think it's sweet...like they miss me so much when I'm gone, and my slipper is a comfort to them;)! (Ok, maybe I'm reading to much into it...they are dogs, but I like to think my theory is correct!) So anyway, we came home from church on Sunday, and this is what we found. One of my slippers, and one of Will's...which to me is their way of saying they've officially accepted Will as one of the family...too cute! They are such sweet girls...and they are so excited about coming to visit cousins Buster and Rocky, and Uncle Dutch over Thanksgiving! That's right, the three-ring circus heads out tomorrow! Ready or not, here we come!

Too funny!!!
That must be a girl dog thing because our female, Cooper, does that with my shoes, too. Only mine...and she was originally my husband's dog. So I'll take that as I'm the favorite. :-)
